1. Requests must be submitted to the Executive Director 60 days prior to the event.
2. Applications must include the submission form and budget for the event.
3. Fund requests will be granted as follows:
a. National Event: $250 + $1/person. Capped at $500.
b. Multi-State or Regional Event: $150 + $1/person. Capped at $300.
c. State: $100 + $1/person. Capped at $200.
d. Local or County/Parish: $50 + $1/person. Capped at $100.
4. The Board of Directors will approve requests and can increase funding at their discretion.
5. Applicants will be notified if the Board of Directors approves funding.
