The 2023 Dorper Course & Judge's Certification was held April 21-25 in California. The course was well attended with 26 ADSBS members from 10 states. The instructors for the Course were Certified South African Judges and Inspectors, Ashley Phillips and Le Roux Van Wyk.

The course would not have been possible without the host ranches that provided excellent sheep to evaluate. Thank you to Jose Adrian Casas of AAC Dorpers, Bill & Diane Moy of Willow Creek Ranch, and Matt Hays of the UCD Sheep Farm and the UCD Cole Facility.

The ADSBS Educational Committee will review opportunities for future programs.
